The Lizardfish has pectoral fins like wings

The Mantis shrimp has long strong folding legs
And lives in burrows deep in the sea bed
There he lies in wait to strike his prey
I wouldn't ever treat you that way

The octopus and squid are cephalopods
The mollusc class cephalopoda
They have bilateral body symmetry
And couldn't that be just like you and me?

You'll feel a sense of unencumbered glee
As we conduct our underwater spree
Like the siphonophores and osctracods we'll be free
If you'll concede to take the plunge with me
